HEY I'M

JESSE McNelley!
I'm a graphic Designer & Illustrator based in East Tennessee. I am an avid supporter of all things wildlife. I find a lot of my inspiration from being in the great outdoors. Whether that's hunting, fishing, or supporting conservation efforts, I have a deep respect for nature and all we can learn from it.
I graduated from Chattanooga State Community College in 2016 with an A.A.S. in Graphic Design. There I worked on a handful of real-world projects while honing my skills in the Adobe Suite, design concepts, principles, and applications. Outside of school I got a job designing for a local sublimation printing company where I design full artwork for sports jerseys. I also have my own freelance clients that I've helped with branding and illustration work.
In 2018 I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. After several months of chemotherapy, I was declared in remission, but just a few short months later the cancer came back. I was sent to Vanderbilt University where I stayed for six months to be treated with a stem cell transplant. Currently, I am cancer-free and rebuilding my life back to normal.
While things like this are never easy, it gives us a chance to learn. It gives us a second look at life, allowing us a view of how things are vastly different between each and every one of us. We all have our own pasts and struggles, and we all have a chance to be better than we were the day before. Being better than I was yesterday and striving to grow is where I am today. I hope to be able to learn and grow more in my career while making the world a little more vector!
